Question Tape peeling on walls...

I completely renovated the bathroom - new drywall and everything about 5months ago - some of the taping for the corners and seams seems to be lifting & bubbling - I used bathroom primer & paint and have a new fan in there...Now I have to redo about a 3rd of it - manly corners - I've been able to peel the problem area back - is it simply a matter of sanding and retaping and repainting these areas?

Any tips on possibly where I went wrong? This is my first bathroom reno and I thought I used all the correct products. I did a lot of reading and asked a ton of questions!

I'd prefer not to have to retape every few months...Any help would be great!

Yes, it sounds like you may not have got enough mud behind behind the tape. The mud acts like a glue to hold the tape down. Moisture can also make the tape turn loose but it doesn't sound like that was the problem.
