Mounting shelves to metal studs.
I'm trying to install metal L shaped shelf brackets to a wall to hold as much weight as possible. The studs are metal in this wall and I'm not sure of the best method to do this. I think a cleat along the wall might be the strongest but not very pretty and i'm not sure what type of fastners or screws to use. Any help is appreciated.
