Ceiling Max border tiles

Does any one know how to calculate border tiles when you have a room that is not square? My room is 108" by 126". When I use the Ceiling Max border calculation I get different border tiles for each side. How do you calculate equal border tiles for this room? Thanks in advance for any tips/advice.

You may very well be getting different figures, as I have never seen a square room. The ceiling max system is unique, but not too different than a drop ceiling when figuring tiles. Locate a center line of the room from both directions, measured from the corners along the wall. You will find one wall may be as much as an inch longer than the other one. From the center line, measure to the walls, and divide by the size of your tiles. Whatever is left over beyond a full tile will be divided again, and this is the size of the border tiles.
