Unhappy Sound Dampening in Ceiling

I live in a high-rise condo in Mexico. Building wall construction here is all concrete and brick, and the floors are all tile laid on the concrete floor. Thus the ceilings in my condo are solidly conncted to the tile floors in the condo above me. I hear the lady above me walking around her condo with here high heel shoes.

Is there an easy way to add sound dampening to the ceilings in my condo, particularly the bedrooms?

Easy way? no. Hotels usually are cement construction, and they often will soundproof by using RC channel (resilient steel) a layer of 5/8" sheetrock, more RC channel and another layer of 5/8" sheetrock.
