Loose box in ceiling

I have a ceiling fan to install and the box in the ceiling is very loose. How can I tighten that up or fix it without having to tear it out and replace it. I do not see any screws in the box that I can tighten to keep it from moving. Shouldn't there be some screws in the top of the box that attach to something which keeps the ceiling box from wiggling??

Welcome to the forums! A ceiling fan can only be installed in a fan rated box that is firmly attached to the framing of the ceiling. With that said, removing the box you have and installing a fan rated box with a spanner bar (google fan rated box) would be your only option.
