Bullnose corner bead mitre cuts?

I tried Googling this before asking here, but couldn't find much at all. Is there an ideal way to make a mitre cut on (metal) bullnose corner bead other than eyeballing it with tin snips? (That's what I DID find Googling...)

You can buy a small plastic template thats made for traceing then cutting different mitres for bullnose drywall beads. Just pencil it on the bead and follow that. Most drywall & building centers have them.

How do I install a header in a breakfast bar???

hi all, i just recently purchased a home that has a long kitchen parallel with a family room with a wall that runs about 15 ft dividing the rooms. i would love to cut out about an 8 ft X 5 ft rectangle from the middle of the wall to make a breakfast bar. i know this wall is load-bearing, so ill need to install a header. im an average do-it-yourselfer, How do i go about accomplishing this??? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tips on taping joints with no beveled edge?

Does anyone have any tips on taping joints that don't have a beveled edge? I have some interior corners and butt joints that I had to cut to fit, therefore there is no longer a beveled edge. I have cut it into the drywall in the past, to make room for the tape. Is there any easier way? Thanks
