installing bookshelf pot rack in drywall

I want to install a bookshelf pot rack up over a window using only molly bolts or toggle bolts into drywall. It is not reccomended in the instructions, but I have no other choice. The total weight of cookware & pot rack, etc. will be about
65 lbs. total.

What are the best bolts to use and how many pounds would they support?

1/4" toggles would likely be fine but you would be better to find some framing to attach to.

I was planning on adding a wall mount pot rack as well. I figure I may have to remove some drywall and add some proper blocking where needed. A lot more work but it will be secure.
