Iron Gym mounted above door
Sorry, had trouble figuring out where to post this one
I have a co-worker who is looking at buying an Iron Gym he has seen advertised on TV. This is the one which hangs from a door frame and allows you to do pullups and work your abdominals and such. I can cover the questions about how well it would work on the person but I cannot answer the questions about what, if anything it will do to the wall.
Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks

I had to search Iron Gym in Google. I never saw that before but it looks good. I've had the bars that were mounted in the door frame. It never did anything to the wall. Your friend can put extra padding where there is pressure on the wall, if he's really worried about it. I would ask him, what's more important, your health or the wall?
