Add wall over hardwood flooring
I am going to add a closet and need to install a wall over hardwood flooring. Should I install directly over the hardwood?

T2tom, welcome to the forums! I'll go ahead and give your second opinion. Go for it. The only reservations we have in building closets is over carpet or laminate, as the carpet is too soft, and the laminate must be able to move. Over hardwoods should be fine.
