Asbestos in Wallboard?

We're in the midst of a bathroom renovation job - finishing the new walls. It's at this point that I realize (and panic) that there could have been asbestos in the old walls... original to the house, circa 1962

Wallboard marked "T P2F8" with some sort of plaster on top, a skim coat, and white mastic for the ceramic tile.

I'm curious to know

a) The odds of this containing asbestos

b) The probable cost of cleaning our house if it does - there is dust EVERYWHERE.

c) If hepa-filter vacuuming the house and wiping every inch of surface down is likely to get any asbestos down to backgorund levels.

d) If we should really panic and move out until we figure this out

Thanks. Have already done so, both here and on Google... couldn't find what I was looking for. Most talking about floor tiles...
