Recently i pinned up my ceilings, everything went well until i started to patch up screw holes. I just used finsh coat to patch holes. When filler started to dry i notice a few bubbles coming through. Just wondering if anyone has had same problem and if so, how did you fix it.

Welcome to the forums Chad!
What do you mean by "I just used finsh coat to patch holes"? is this joint compound?
Generally bubbles are caused by air getting in the mud while it's being mixed. A thin coat of mud applied over them should fix it.

re: bubbles
sounds like your finish compound delaminated the paint. carefully scrape out the bubles and any more loose paint. prime the areas before re-finishing.
