Hello
A few days if it is latex longer if it is oil..If the paint is enamel be sure to size the area you are going to install the boarder on so it will not come up at the edges.
we have a 100 yr old victorian we stripped off several layers of wall paper. the walls are slightly rough and pourous. we would like to paint. is it necessary to skim coat? Is there some kind of paint/sealer we could use instead of skim coating/liner paper?
We just bought a two story townhouse and would like to remove a wall approximately 3 ft wide and 6-8 ft long to open up the living room. Our concern is whether or not it is supporting the upstairs and if so how would we compensate for that if we remove it. Where should we look first to find the answers?
