Urgent, Toilet water pipe broken in 2nd floor, water did leak to basement

this happened in quick in 5 to 8 minutes, then I did close that water inlet in basement, lot of water from 2nd floor did leak to basement through wall, how to fix this?. any issue for gas?. does it need to lot of work, suggest me, new to this .

You have to tell us the exact location of the broken pipe. Is it the connecter between the valve & the toilet or in the wall? If it's between the valve & the toilet, shut the toilet valve so you have water in the rest of the house.
