Inside corner sheetrock question.

Do I use the finished edge where it tapers off for the inside corners or do I cut that off to the actual 1/2 in size of the sheetrock? thanks.

If there is a choice, I would use the finished tapered edge out away from the corner to match up with another finished edge and put the cut edge in the corner. Nothing wrong with using either in a corner, just better to use the tapered edges out on the flat.

It will be able to have tapered in both places. So having a tapered edge in the corner is not wrong?

No, it is not wrong. Make sure your tapered edge lands on the middle of a stud.
