Best way to replace a drop ceiling T bar

I have a single T bar that got dented (long story, involves blaming family members who were trying to help). I got the new T bar, and the old one out, but don't want to wreck the new one, what's the best way to finesse it in? I have a few other projects I can do around the house in case someone can answer right away. It is just the 4' section, not the main, luckily.

Cross Tee

After you insert one end of the cross tee into the main tee, you should be able to twist the other main tee sufficiently to insert the other end of the cross tee. You may need to snip off a small amount off the end of the locking tab.
