popcorn sparkle ceiling removal?
The previous owner installed a popcorn sparkle ceiling on plaster ceiling. Would like to know how to remove without damaging the plaster ceiling?

Do you want to get rid of the sparkle or the entire popcorn texture? If it is just the sparkle, you could just paint it.
