I have a wall of mirror tile applied to a plaster wall. It has been there for more than thirty years. I would like to remove it, but how do I get the adhesive to release? I can't pry it off I just get broken glass. The tape is applied by one small piece on each corner of each 12" tile. I would really appreciate any help. THanks.

Try heating the corners of each tile with a hair dryer, this will soften the adhesive. Also, a small wooden wedge (inserted under the tile edge), with gentle pressure will help remove each tile.

Wear safety glasses and gloves.
