hanging hammock

ok so i just got a hammock and i want to hang it inside, and due to the size of the room i plan on putting it in it will work best if one of the eye bolt hangers is in a corner stud and the other is through a wall stud but at like a 15degree angle with the wall so its coming out diagonal ie.(the room is long and skinny). so i guess i just want to know if this will be strong enough to hold at least 1 normal sized person.

Welcome to the forums. Studs by them selves are "iffy" on holding hammocks, but it can be done. I am normal sized.....yeah right, but I would choose to lengthen the tethers on the ends and put my eye bolts through the top plates at an angle. More wood to bite into, similar to your corner installation. Just an idea. Others will be along shortly.
