Welcome to the forums Bonnie!

You might have to skim coat over the texture and redo it
I rarely ever use a texture paint so some of the others might have better info for you

You painted it the second time in the same direction. Do it again on angles. \/\/\/

I suppose a lesson learned, never take a break in the middle of painting a wall. Go from corner to corner and keep a wet edge at all times. Take a break only when you get to a corner or fresh wall.

Given that, what kind/brand of textured paint did you use? Sand texture?

The only time that I had trouble stopping in the middle was when I used Glidden. Never again.
