Brick color seeping through paint

We have brick exterior entry way on our house with plaster interior walls, we have painted the exterior wall 3 times and a reddish brown brick color continues to seep through the paint. Even the Kilz moisture barrier primer will not cover the stains up. How can I get this color to cover up?

You need an exterior oil primer, not a latex one. Whats the exact name of the product you primed with?

It was Kilz premium, we bought it at Home Depot, but we got it cover finally!
