I want to reconfigure a couple of rooms. Anyone know of a website or book with instructions to frame/put up new interior walls? My house is modular, the walls I'll remove are non-bearing. I am an enthusiastic beginner who's not afraid to try this. Buddies tell me this is pretty easy.
Are they telling the truth?

dilybe, I don't have any links for you but I'm sure they would be easy to locate through search engines. As for some things to keep in mind. For a complete finished job you need consider that ceilings will have to be patched and re-textured or slicked, flooring will need to be repaired some way or replaced, where walls that you remove tie into other walls will have to be patched and floated, any wiring will have to be removed and capped off, sheetrock will have to be hung and finished to name some things. It is easy but there are several different trades involved...Mike
