How do I paint shiny wallboard?
In my bathroom , I have a shiny wallboard. It was installed like paneling but has a shiny surface and a design. How can I paint this?

Welcome to the forums!
Sand it lightly if you can without damaging it, then apply a solvent based primer. The primer will give you a good base for whatever type of paint you want to apply over it.
