Hello everyone. I am planning to paint the ceiling in some of the rooms in my home that are stained, due to a couple previous roof leaks. The roof has since been repaired, but the ugly and embarrasing stains need to be taken care of. My house was built in 1993, and I seriously doubt that the ceilings have ever been painted. (Any way I can if they have been?) I noticed in the laundry room one of the stains has some mold growing on it. I plan to clean this first with a bleach and water mix, and then paint after it dries. I have attached a couple pictures of the stained sections. I have been looking online, and I see that Zinsser sells a product called Ceiling Paint & Primer In 1, that is supposed to cover and block out stains. I did notice that it is a water based formula. Will this be fine to use on my textured ceiling? With as heavy as the staining is in the first picture, I figured that I will probably have to do 2 coats in the laundry room. If this should not be used on my textured ceiling, what products should I be looking at to paint it?

I am installing wainscot on the walls and ceiling in a sunroom. Which do I install first? Does it matter since I know I will need to put some sort of trim around the perimeter anyway?
