Soundproofing

I have 12 foot exposed concrete ceilings and I can hear my neighbors where the drywall meets the concrete. Originally there was a bit of space between the drywall/concrete so I put some green glue acoustical sealant and that helped a but but not as much as I'd like. I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations on what to do next? I was thinking of putting some mass loaded vinyl in the corner and seal it to the wall/ceiling to block out the noise.

tearing down the wall is going to prove difficult because I have exposed ventilation running against the wall too so i would need to adjust those as well.

Welcome to the forums.

Not sure I'm catching all of this - next door or upstairs neighbor?

Neighbors sharing the wall, so the sound is coming through where the drywall meets the concrete ceiling
