I would appreciate any input regarding the Pro's and Con's of metal vs wood framing for finishing a basement?

pros
there are several advantages to metal studs for a basement finish
1 they dont wick up moisture like wood studs and help keep insulation drier
2 you dont need to drill holes for wiring as they come prepunched
3 they are straighter than wood studs
the only con i can think of is they are a little harder to cut but you can snip the sides with tin snips and bend it to break it off unless you have a chop saw
i'm sure there are other benefits and down sides this is just what i can think of
