Load Bearing Wall?

I am planning to remove a wall in a bedroom to extend the bedroom into a dead end hallway in our house. I was curious if anyone had some insight if they thought this wall was load bearing. There is one truss that runs perpendicular to the wall and connects on the top plate of the wall. I have included pictures. One side of the truss is connected to the top plate and another side is not. The truss runs over the door frame in the bedroom. I am prepared to install a beam if needed but wanted some oppinions if possible. When I refer to joist in the pictures I mean truss. I appreciate your insight...

I certainly wouldn't attempt to remove that wall without an engineer's opinion.
