Laundry room ceiling cracking wall?
My upstairs neighbor's was leaking but he fixed it and now I looked at the laundry room ceiling and I saw the cracking wall. Do I ask the worker to check it out or is it ok?

I'd have them check it out and if it was also caused by the upstairs neighbor's leak have them repair it also. As long as the drywall feels solid it isn't a big deal but it would look nicer if it was repaired.
