Bathroom dark spot in the ceiling
My neighbor's bathroom pipes were leaking again and I saw that the ceiling section of it is dark spots and the smooth instead of texture. Somebody will go to fix it. Will he remove the section of the bad drywall and put the new drywall again? or no

First, are you sure it is a leak or possible dripping from condensation on a cold water pipe? If there is an air path, recessed light, or ceiling fan/light they often provide a source of moist air.
As for repairing it, some will repair as small an area as possible where others will remove a large section. A lot depends upon matching the existing texture and finding ceiling joists for attaching screws.
Note, often the drywall is not damaged and will dry out so can just be sealed and repainted. Some of the paint and drywall pros will be along.

Hard to tell from the pic but if the drywall is damaged [soft] it would be replaced, if it's just a stain, it should be coated with a solvent based primer and then painted. Water stains almost always bleed thru latex primers.
There shouldn't be any issues with matching texture although sometimes it's better to retexture the entire ceiling.
