ceiling in laundry room help!!!
Ok guys in my hallway laundry room area the ceiling is non existent I want to cover it but scared because I have noticed the pipe on the right in the pic gets condensation and drips down sometime and I don't wanna put anything up to just get ruined. ANY IDEAS??

Since there is living space above the laundry room you don't need to insulate unless you wish to cut down on sound transmission. I suspect where you have insulation is where there is a cold space on the other side.

Before you close that space up, look for paths where air can leak in or out. Air movement can transport heat and moisture. I'll attach a link on air sealing, although it covers the whole house.
The insulation that is up there is on the outside wall as marksr suspects and it needs to have an air barrier covering it. Fiberglass insulation allows air to move right through and that air can carry humidity to the cold outside surface where it will condense, especially since this is a laundry area.

PS, be sure to keep those pipes on the warm side of the insulation.
