Faucet was leaking over my bathroom

My neighbor's bathtub was leaking over my bathroom. Now It is parts of the ceiling is smooth and plus there's a few black spots over the shower. Do I call the drywall contractor or another contractor to fix it?

First make absolutely certain the leak has been fixed. If the ceiling is still sound and not flaking or swollen than painting with a stain blocking oil based primer and then top coating with the paint of your choice might be all that's needed. If it appears the ceiling is damaged then you may need a sheetrock person and you'll want to find one experienced in matching textures as getting the texture of the repair to match the existing ceiling will be the most difficult part.

If the drywall is still sound, primer and paint should be all that is needed. As PD said, an oil base or pigmented shellac primer must be used to seal the stain. Water stains will bleed thru latex primer!

It isn't a big deal to cut out and replace damaged drywall but it does take a little skill to make the repair [especially the texture] to blend in where it won't be noticeable.

If you live in a condo, the neighbor's insurance should pay for this. Not sure if you want to go through the trouble, but they are obligated.
