What can i use to cover damaged faux panel on my wall?

I am putting faux brick panel in my laundry room. I cut the hole to big and it's a sloppy cut in the panel around where the hot and cold water piping and drain pipe is in the wall. What could I use to cover my mistake on the cut? What i am looking for is something like a face plate to put around the piping and the to big hole cut. like a plate that you use to cover light and electric outlets. I could leave it like it is but if I can find something to put on it to make it look neat that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Maybe cut a piece of paneling/plywood with the correct size and location of the holes and use it for a face plate. Paint it whatever color would either blend or compliment the faux brick. Pics of what you have might bring more/better suggestions.
