Noise Insulation question

Hello,
We have part of the ceiling down after a toilet tank cracked. New toilet is in place but is noticeably louder flush and drain than the old one. I know the ceiling is down, but my suspicions are that it will still be a lot louder than the old toilet when the ceiling is put back.
My question is....can I buy sealed bags of some sort of insulating material that I could position around the toilet drainage before the ceiling goes back up? I don't want to go down the road of loose materials or foam, only something in bags that I could attach around the drainage. One other thought though...we have the skirting boards off in the toilet itself....so now I'm thinking that may also be adding to the noise travel. Still, if there is a product it would be good to know.

Thanks

Try Roxul safe-n-sound. It is in batt form and is a mineral wool product that keeps its shape pretty well in stud bays, so it should work in the toilet area if you think it needs it. What are skirting boards?

Thanks I'll take a look at that product. Skirtingboards are the pieces of wood trim that are between the floor and bottom of the walls, couldn't think of the US term for them. I think a lot of the noise is because they are removed, but I'll take a look at that product anyway.

Thanks!
