Unfinished Garage walls
I have a two car garage that I want to dress up. I want to paint the walls, ceiling and floor. My problem is that I'm lazy! (Please, no judgements!) I don't think I have the ability to sand and spackle my ceiling, nor do I have any desire to do so. Is there a product on the market that I can use to paint/texture the walls and ceiling without having to patch-spackle-sand?
Any input would be most appreciated!

Welcome to the forums!
Anything you put on the wall other than paneling without finishing the drywall first will show! Paint tends to highlight defects in the finish rather than hide them. A texture paint will hide a little but IMO wouldn't look very good over unfinished drywall.
Why not use the garage as a test session to learn/hone your drywall finishing skills, it isn't that difficult. That knowledge may come in handy later.

Thank you for your speedy response! I certainly could finish the walls myself. But I'm not willing to climb a ladder and try to work on the ceiling. I'm know my limitations.
I had a funny feeling that the answer would be to pull up my big girl pants and get to work!
Thanks again for your help!

I see three choices:
1. Leave the garage alone
2. Pull up your big girl pants, as you put it, and do the work
3. Hire the work done
Your call.
