Replace exterior drywall sheathing after flood?

My house recently recieved 21" of floodwater. After we removed the wet interior drywall and insulation, I noticed that the exterior sheathing is water resistant gypsum board. Should I be cutting that out and replacing it as well? Some of it is relatively dry, some is damp and some is soft.

I'd replace it all if it isn't too much of a hassle, definitely replace what is water damaged! IMO drywall has no place on the exterior .... although I've seen it before, even painted one house where all the soffits were drywall.
