Bathroom ceiling issues
So in my guest bathroom there's this odd part of the ceiling near the wall where there's some separation going on. I should also note that there's a couple of nail pops appearing in the ceiling as well.
Is this just a symptom of the house settling? I've also added a picture from the hallway across from the bathroom entry that has a crack that has appeared as well. There are also other random cracks throughout the house similar the the hallway crack. Is this normal?
The house was built in '82 if that helps.

Welcome to the forums Eric!
Not normal but not unheard of. It almost looks like high humidity that caused the drywall tape to start to loose it's bond with the drywall. Is the shower used much in that bath? is the exhaust fan used after a shower? If you press on the drywall does it give or feel solid? How long have you owned the house? when did the cracks first appear?
Settlement cracks are normally minor and no big deal to repair. If you have loose tape [which can also be caused by the original joint compound being over thinned] it generally needs to be removed and redone.
