Drywall/durlock divide a room

Hey guys!
I wanna divide a room using drywall/durlock and i do not know how should i do that .
This is the scheme of the place where i want to make the separation, take a look (i wanna add a door too):

Can you please give me some tips, step by step to make this possible?

Not sure what you are asking ?? you need to first build a stud wall to attach the drywall or cement board to.

Here's a decent look at how to build a partition wall (non-load bearing).
You can ask more specific questions.
Once you build the 2x4 wall, the drywall should be hung with the long edge perpendicular to the studs.

Yeah, you are right, i wanna make a partition wall using drywall.
I do not understand what should i do to make the partition in my room (the ceiling is inclined - roof shingle). Can help me to model the partition using my scheme?.i dont get it:

You can't put your door flush against the wall. It needs at least 3" of space. Between the studs you will leave 14 1/2" or 16" on center. You will also want the door to open against the wall.
