Hvac duct against tile wall

Just a quick concern about the tile surround in my bath remodel. Is there any reason to be concerned about the back of vent ducting servicing an adjacent room up against the cement board behind the tile surround in my interior bath?

i just wonder if changing heat and cold in that area could affect the integrity of the tile work over time. If so, what could I do to mitigate a potential problem?

The hot water from the shower would induce greater heat load, thus stress, onto the shower wall.

No issue!

There is not enough actual change in air temperature in the ductwork.
There won't be any negative issues with the contact.
