load bearing wall?
i am looking to remove 2 walls, one is pictured and the other is to the left side
it appears the trusses do not sit on the single 2x4 in the wall in found and along the side where the oven vent stack is all those upward beams do not run to the floor below. the sides of the walls have 3 2x4's behind the sheetrock.
there is a skylight build out that is pictured in the attic that is the "box" looking thing.
this is a florida home truss roof.

Good pictures, but I not seeing any correlation to what in your pictures is directly above those 3 studs. Generally load bearing walls will have a double top plate, not a single. Also, trusses generally span from exterior wall to exterior wall, and nothing in between is load bearing.
However your pictures only show a small portion of the trusses, so I can't say that with certainty. They appear at first glance to be half king/half howe... I guess I question why that is. The thing that is concerning is where picture 3 fits in.... where is this trey ceiling you point out... what the exact configuration of your trusses is, etc. All that is pretty hard to see from where I'm at. Things like this are often best looked at in person.

got some additional photos today. was looking to see if anyone can confirm load bearing or not the arrows are the top of the wall we want removed or at least cut out a pass thru to open the kitchen a tad.
the truss comes down, and seems to go straight on top of the 2x4 that is single plated.
