Removing a door and filling in the gap

In this building I have a door which was made out of some plywood and two by fours. This was originally a workshop that was later finished. I want to remove this monstrosity and fill it in with the correct materials. I'm not opposed to putting a different type of door in there but I already do have a single entrance point. I'd appreciate your suggestions and thoughts on this.

If you are wanting to do away with the door, just remove it and frame up for drywall [or your choice of wall covering]

What concrete? The floor? Glue a board to the floor and put a couple tapcon screws in it. You drill a pilot hole with a hammer drill then put the screw in. Or use drop anchors.
