Need help with older suspended ceiling

I need to replace some water damaged ceiling grid. The bathroom was finished with what appears to be fiberglass panels and suspended with Armstrong ceiling grid. I can see the cross-T is Armstrong, but the L-shaped edging is 3/4" wide, I can only find 7/8" wide strips now.

The panels are fiberglass but curious if this mix of components are still avail.

Here's a pic of the 3/4" edging and the panel. Maybe this was an option 15 years ago but wondering if the 3/4" edge is still avail.

Worst case I need to replace all with 7/8", but trying to avoid that if poss.

Edited to add: Better pic of edging.

If it's just surface rust you can sand it down, prime with a rust inhibitive primer and paint.
