Will a pro drywaller use my material?

I'm in the process of finishing my basement. I bought a stack of 4'x8'x1/2" drywall and used some of it to drywall, tape and mud the basement bathroom and bedroom. There are 26 sheets remaining for the rest of the basement. If I hire a pro drywaller to hang, tape and mud the rest of my basement, can I ask him to use the stack of drywall I have? Or do pro's insist on bringing in their own material? I'm not so much concerned about getting a reduced bid to reflect material he doesn't have to buy. I'm more concerned with not having a stack of useless drywall sitting in my garage.

In my area hanging and finishing are often priced separately. When I've had big jobs I provide the material and the hangers get paid by the sheet.

Sure why not, you're actually saving him some work schlepping the material to the basement!

He may normally mark it up some considering but it's all in the details!

Something standard like this should be fine.

Drywall hangers rarely buy the drywall. It's normally already on the job site waiting for them when they show up. Finishers might charge more for 8' boards versus 12' boards [more butt joints]
