Cool Weird bumps/dimples in ceiling

Hi All,

I moved into a new build flat last August. I have just noticed some weird bumps on the ceiling in the picture attached.

These 2 bumps seem to run in a line but there is no real movement when you press up on the ceiling.

I have asked the builder what this is but they just state that this is normal shrinkage/settling and therefore not included in their snagging?

Can someone let me know what this is and if it is dangerous or not? Is it acceptable for the builder to say that this is not snagging or should I push them to fix it, or is it not really an issue?

I am just worried that this is a sign of a ceiling that will collapse - they look like 2 little waves in the ceiling .

I should mention that screws were used (not nails) and it is a metal frame (not wood)

Thanks for your help

Can't see picture very well, but looks like drywall nail pops or some type washer on screws.
