Would it be possible to put drywall over this?
Would it be possible to put drywall over these walls? The walls are made out of brick but i don’t like the way they look and kind of make the room ugly

Is this a basement? It's not a good idea to attach drywall directly to masonry although you could either frame a wall out in front of that wall or add furring strips to the masonry and then attach the drywall to those strips. Plastering over the brick is also an option although the existing paint can complicate that option.
