Does this ceiling look like it contains asbestos?
Hi, I had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling and someone in my house decided to rip part of it off. I am worried hat it might contain asbestos. I plan to get it checked by a professional but I would like to know whether I can go in there to make food/drink. Any help is much appreciated.

There really isn't any way to tell if something contains asbestos just by looking. The only way to know for sure is to have it tested.
