Wall Panelling our new enclosed patio

We have just built an aluminum/ glass patio enclosure with two walls, which were the original outer walls of our home. Our home is 10 years old. The walls are plywood construction with Tyvek and vinyl siding, although some of the sidings have been stripped during the construction of the patio enclosure. The walls were well insulated with fiberglass bats by the builder. We wish to put some nice plywood panel such as "Ann Arbor Birch" sold in 4' x 8' sheets by local store. Can we remove the tyvek wrapping and glue/ nail the panels directly on to the plywood walls of the room? or do we put some insulation/ vapor barrier on the walls before attaching the panels? Although we have provided a window heater/ airconditioner, we are not planning to heat the patio room all winter. We will bring up the heat only when we use the room in the winter. Will this cause moisture condensation and damge to the panels as well as the outer walls of the home? The heater in its 'OFF' position has an automatic feature to keep the heat in the room to just above freezing (~40 F) during the winter.

Kindly reply ASAP as I need to finish the room soon.

DO NOT PUT UP A VAPOR BARRIER!!!

The standard rule is to never enclose a space with two vapor barriers. The inside of your wall has a vapor barrier already (exterior tyvek is not a vapor barrier).

Condensation happens on the warm side of a wall, so you only need to worry about condensation if your porch is going to be a lot warmer then the interior of your house (not an issue).
