I would like to know how do you remove Pencil and Ink marks from a sheet Roc surface

If you are going to be repainting, you don't have to remove them. You do have to seal them prior to painting. Apply Kills with a spray can on spots or roll it on.

Removing pencil marks is easy. A cleaner like Liquid Gold, or a solvent like mineral sprits will do the trick. Pen marks are trickier. I have seen products that are designed to remove pen marks at Home Depot and Menards, but I have never tried them.
