Drywall repair
The drywall in one of our bathrooms has mildew. We are preparing to repaint. Could you make some suggestions to remove the mildew before painting. We have tried bleach water with no success.

You will need to go over the stain with a sealer to keep it from bleeding through the paint. Product name of KILZ will do the job nicely.
