Looking for info on HOW TO "stomp" texture a drywall ceiling ??

The stomp texture I know is done using a Crows foot. A crows foot is a brush with long bristles which lay flat. You can purchase this at home depot for sure, perhaps others as well. Mix your mud pretty thin. Like pancake batter. You will need to put the mud in a rectangular pan. Something like a cat box. Dip your crows foot into the mud. Then stomp away. You can knock down the texture too. I like that look better. As you may have guessed that is called stomp knockdown.
