Commercial Hot water heater is loud

hi. We have a commercial hot water heater in our building. It is LOUD. The exhaust is really loud. it is vented to the outside, and is so loud, you can hear it 4 blocks away.
Someone mentioned a muffler for it. Anyone know anything about that?/ The company that made the heater has the mufflers on back order. How can we make one??

What I see is a BTH model,,,,,,,,but you did not give what model number.

I looked at the biggest one, and there is no special device made on the exhaust elbow to outside if this is a direct vent.

If they make such a muffler, then I would wait till you get one from them. If you make anything that restricts flow, you could burn up or void the warranty on your heater, and I am sure that heater cost a pretty penny, not including the install price.

Maybe someone else has some insight on these, but I know that you can cause problems or void a warranty when trying to get away from OEM parts.
