electronic ignition propane water heater

I am going to replace my 52 gallon 18 year old water heater and I am thinking about going to LP instead of staying with gas.

I am just wondering if anyone makes an electronic ignition LP tank type water heater. Seems like it makes sense to use that type of ignition for safety and efficiency.

The only ones I have been able to find are the tankless and I'm not sold on the cost savings of them.

Thanks for the help. ST.

I have never seen LP gas cost less that natural gas so I am puzzled as to why you would want to do it. I'm sure you can find the heater you asked about. You could probably convert almost any natural gas heater to LP if you can locate the conversion kit.
